Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, credit purchases and refund requests are handled for BrewUpp.
BrewUpp is a digital service. Because access is provided immediately and AI generation uses paid computing resources, refunds are limited once a subscription has started, credits have been added, or services have been used.
1. Subscriptions
BrewUpp subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We do not normally provide refunds for:
- unused time remaining in a billing period
- partial months
- change of mind after a subscription has started
- failure to use the service during an active billing period
2. Credits
BrewUpp uses a credit-based system for AI generation and related usage.
Credits may be included with a paid plan or purchased separately, depending on the plan or product selected.
Unless required by law, credits are non-refundable once they have been added to your account. This includes credits included with a subscription and separately purchased credit packs.
We do not normally provide refunds for:
- unused credits
- partially used credits
- credits purchased in error where any of those credits have already been used
- dissatisfaction with outputs generated from prompts you supplied, unless there is a clear technical fault with the service
3. Refunds
We may consider a refund, full or partial, in limited circumstances such as:
- duplicate payments
- accidental duplicate subscriptions
- a technical fault that prevented the purchased service or credits from being supplied correctly
- an accidental purchase reported promptly where no credits have been used and no meaningful use of the subscription has taken place
Any refund is at our discretion unless a refund is required by applicable law.
If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method.
4. Digital services and cancellation rights
Where BrewUpp supplies digital content or digital services immediately after purchase, you may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that this may affect or remove your statutory cancellation rights once supply has begun. This reflects the UK rules for digital content and services supplied during the cancellation period.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including your statutory rights in relation to digital content that is not as described, not fit for purpose, or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
5. Cancellations by us
We may suspend or cancel access to BrewUpp in accordance with our Terms of Service, including where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, unlawful activity, or a breach of our terms.
Where access is suspended or terminated for a breach of our terms, we are not obliged to provide a refund.
